Where is your office?
I reside in New Jersey, providing online Brainspotting Coaching and Consulting with a secure platform.
You just need a good Internet connection with a device with a camera, relax in your private space, maybe with a cup of coffee.
Are you accepting new clients?
What are your hours?
A typical appointment schedule is from Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. I am in the US Eastern Time zone.
If the weekend is your only option, I will do my best to make it work for you.
How long are your sessions?
What type of payment do you accept?
Do you take insurance?
How can I tell if we are a good fit, and how do I get started?
You can call me at (908) 872-6404, email me at wang@integrative-coach.com, or complete the Contact Form below to schedule a 30-minute free consultation.
During this consultation session, we will get to know each other and share why you seek support and what you want to accomplish. You are free to ask me questions about my approach and experience. Intuitively, we will know if we’ll be a good fit.
Once we decide it is a good fit, we will schedule a recurring appointment for the following sessions. You will receive a text reminder 48 hours before the appointment.
I will also send you an electronic document to sign, including my informed consent, privacy policy, credit card authorization form, and intake questionnaires.
If I can’t provide the services you need (in particular, if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts with a plan, self-harm, or other severe mental distress), I will immediately refer you to other resources for the support you need.
What is your cancellation policy?
Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged in full for the session unless there is an emergency. This payment will be made before the next scheduled appointment.
Things happen that are out of our control. If you are late for the session, we will keep your scheduled time and do our best for the session. It will be considered a cancellation if you decide not to take this short session.
What age ranges do you work with? What value do you work with?
I work with school-aged children, college students, and adults with diverse backgrounds, including culture, race, gender, neuro-divergence, lifestyle, etc.
Human beings’ fundamental needs and virtues are the same but are manifested in various ways. I value inclusivity and humanity as a person and a coach.
When working with clients, I stay curious and humble, check my privilege, and appreciate diversity as a unique asset in each person’s healing and growth.
I’m here with humbleness to support and witness each individual’s rebirth to blossom in their unique way, just like each Lotus Flower in its own distinctly unique form of purity, beauty, and authenticity.
With whom do you work?
I work with individuals stuck in their current lives to help them process their unsolved past adverse experiences to become who they truly are, and then coach them to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential as they desire.
I also specialize in working with Asian immigrant families, individuals with dual ethnic identities, life transitions, dual career families, people with neuro-divergent capacities (i.e., hyperactive, creative, disorganized), etc.
What should I expect in the first session?
For the first session, I will answer any questions you may have after our initial free consultation.
Then, we will review the intake questionnaires by hearing your stories and clarifications. This will help us gain more insights into your life history and what is going on in your life right now.
Through dialogue, we will identify and prioritize your coaching goals. We will discuss what brain-based coaching might look like and what you want to have to make this work for you.
What does a typical session look like? What will I experience?
In a typical session, we start with a bit of dialogue to understand what is going on with you, what pressing topic you would like to work on, and what you would like to accomplish by the end of the session.
Once we have a direction for the session, I will guide you through a meditation to be grounded, centered, and feel safe so that your body, mind, and soul are connected on a deeper level.
Depending on the nature of the identified topics, we may use Brainspotting, neuro-transformative coaching, or a combination, in which both process the deep neurobiological sources and unconscious roots of the issues we are working on.
You will emerge from the session with a new perspective and feel relaxed and refreshed. A brief debriefing will harness what you have learned from within your deep wisdom to what you can bring to your daily life. You leave the session with renewed hope and the concrete step you will take.
What modalities do you use?
I work primarily with Brainspotting, a new and revolutionary approach for resolving past hurts and expansion developed by David Grand in 2003.
Brainspotting accesses and processes the neurobiological sources of adverse experiences not processed before as the root cause of our suffering. It leads to transformation within people who return to their true selves in authenticity, goodness, and beauty.
Additionally, I incorporate Neuro-Transformational Coaching, Meditation, CognitiveBehavioral Therapy, and other effective treatment modalities to empower each individual for lasting changes in beliefs, attitudes, emotions, and behaviors to reach their potential for self-actualization.
How often should I see you?
It depends on your needs for self-discovery and growth and the pace at which you want to work.
Typically, we start with weekly sessions for deep transformation and then gradually move to bi-weekly and monthly for expansion and growth.

What are some fun facts about you?
Hmm, so much to share…
I love being with nature. I love watching the sunset with thoughtlessness, motionlessness, and quietness. I love feeling the creek water flowing through my toes, chilly and soothing, through my body to my soul.
I love gardening; sowing the seeds to sprout; watching them grow in their way, pace, and blossoming form; and witnessing their transformation to their designation with grace and ease.
I love spiritual searching – where is the origin of wisdom, between the Earth and Sky, and between the East and the West.
I love journaling and listening to my inner voice, intuition, and wisdom. It gives me much joy and tranquility.
And I love being with people. I love having a cup of coffee in a coffee shop with my husband or with one or two close friends to chat to our heart’s delight.
Friends often naturally come to me to share their good news and ask for advice on problem-solving. People say that I have a natural affinity with people in such a way that I make people feel very comfortable around me.
I love volunteering, being an elected member of the Board of Education in our township, to international organizations that support orphans whose parents died from AIDS. What I can do for people gives me the meaning of life.
I love cooking, often experimenting with surprises and messing up the recipe (they often taste the best!).
I love swimming, yoga, and walking – they renew my energy and raise my liveliness and freshness.
I love trying new things, from a few dollars on a small new tool to a few thousand dollars for a new health device, spiritual, or cooking, such as Healy Vencox.
I love watching documentaries and quality romantic movies; they’re the big hits during my leisure time.
I love to travel across the states and the continents. Just watching and talking with people who are very different from me delights me and enriches my soul.
And, more… I love doing!
And the most important fact about me is… I’m a lifelong learner who can’t stop learning and growing; this has been my life.
Now, I look forward to learning some of your fun facts! We may discover that we share some similar fun facts.
