My Philosophy

In my three-decade journey as an educator, researcher, healer, and coach…

I’ve embraced a philosophy that sees human growth as the blooming of a lotus flower, symbolic of authenticity, purity, beauty arising from the murkiness of life’s challenges.

I steadfastly believe in the inherent virtues within each one of us – the essence of truth, goodness, and beauty.

They are the seeds waiting to sprout, sometimes hidden beneath the silt of trying experiences and obscured visions.

My Compassion

Many traverse the lotus flower encased in frozen, muddy waters. Our intrinsic purity and aesthetic existence are present but concealed.

By cultivating the terrain of our beings in the right manner, the frozen encasements start to thaw, revealing the concealed lotus.

Gradually, the mud disperses, water becomes clear, and light permeates, unveiling the latent, splendid bloom within.

I’m here to extend the compassion and guidance you need to reveal your true essence, heal, and become your best self.

My Beliefs and Values

As an educator…

I believe that your best is already within you, and the educator’s goal is to bring that out.

I treasure those pivotal moments of prevention and intervention – the ones that, when embraced, mold superior paths, especially for young minds.

As a researcher…

True transformation only happens when you get to the root of the problem (rather than treating the symptom), and neuroscience arms us with the optimum tools for this endeavor.

I cherish methodologies grounded in science and proven by evidence, which pave the way to genuine transformation.

As a healer…

I trust in the cosmic dance of the Universe and acknowledge that suffering, healing, and metamorphosis are integral facets of human evolution.

I revere holistic growth encompassing your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realism, coupled with a commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion, and advocate as catalysis for human flourishing.

As a coach…

I deeply believe that each person holds within them the seeds of their best selves, and it’s my sacred role to help foster an environment where those seeds can sprout and flourish.

I value the transformative power of moments, where insight and intervention intertwine to forge new paths of self-discovery and realization, particularly for those still navigating the intricate map of their lives.
