Online Coaching

So, you’re finally ready to do coaching, but…

When you think about traveling to a coach’s office across the town, all the logistical concerns start making your head spin.

“My schedule’s already packed. Where can I find another hour?”

“How early do I need to leave to fight through traffic and find parking?”

“If I run late, will I have to pay a fee or reschedule the appointment?”

“Who’s going to pick up my child from daycare?”

Online coaching might be what you’ve been looking for.

It’s a viable alternative to meeting in person. Say goodbye to the commute!

It’s more accessible and more flexible. Your session can be scheduled during breaks at work, or anytime you can “squeeze” in a session.

It’s more convenient and comfortable, too. We can meet at any place where you feel safe. And you don’t have to dress up.

And for some, it’s more private. I use a HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform with two-way encryption, so your data will always be secure.

Plus, you’ll never have to worry about the awkwardness of running into a friend or colleague coming in and out of a therapist’s office.

Here’s how it works…

You’ll need a computer or phone with video and audio access.

You will also need a reliable Internet connection. I suggest using a secure Wi-Fi connection, if possible.

Finally, you will need a private space where you know that you will not be interrupted while we meet.

Other than that, you only need to click the Zoom link I sent you by email. It’s so easy!

Wondering if it’s as good as in an office?

Research has shown that online coaching is as effective as in-person sessions.

Speaking for myself, I did my own healing work with my counselor/coach online, and I’ve gained profound healing benefits.

And I hear the same from many of my clients globally.

Once they get into the online session, they feel more at ease, relaxed, and less anxious in their familiar, personal environment.

Talking, laughing, crying… it’s all there, just like in-person sessions.

And most importantly…

It’s often easier to seek help online. And that’s perhaps the most important step: Reaching out.

Let’s take advantage of modern technology. Here’s your chance to get quality coaching without leaving the comfort of your home.
